We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason that you need to return an item to us.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from VitiligoStore.com for a full refund within 14 days. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to inform us that you wish to return the item if it is unsuitable.
IMPORTANT: Before returning any item please contact us by email at [email protected] and we will give you instructions on how and where to return your item. (Please do NOT return any items to our office address as there are no warehousing facilities at that address.)
You may return any item in a resaleable condition within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. Please note: all postage costs incurred by you in returning the unwanted item(s) must be paid by you and are not refundable unless the items were faulty when you received them.
We cannot refund or exchange items that are not in a resaleable condition unless they are faulty, or if the item was sent to you as a result of an error on our part.
PLEASE NOTE: Some items are excluded from our returns policy on grounds of hygiene or by the very nature of the product. For example, no products that come into contact with the skin (e.g. therapeutic clothing or jewellery) when used are eligible for a refund, once used, unless they are defective, in which case a full refund of the item and shipping will be given. Hygiene protocols require the suppliers of UV phototherapy devices to rebuild units that have been used and this can be very expensive. The customer is liable for these costs and return shipping in the event of returning a unit which is not faulty.

When sending an item back to us, it is sent back at your risk until we receive it. We therefore recommend that you send the item back to us using a tracked service with adequate insurance or cover for loss and/or damage to the product.
